LIOR Global Partners is an independent asset management company founded in 2021 by Jeremy Touboul, who today holds the positions of CEO and CIO.
Based in Monaco and regulated by the CCAF, LIOR holds a triple license to operate in the fields of asset management, wealth management and intermediation on behalf of third parties.
From the outset, LIOR's mission has been to combine the demands of an institution with the agility of an independent player, in order to offer its private and institutional clients innovative, transparent and secure investment solutions.
In April 2025, LIOR launched its Wealth Management business, headed by Nahra Chalouhi, Head of Wealth Management and responsible for international development in Europe and the Middle East.
